Chef training in the Mara

Both Offbeat Mara Camp and Offbeat Ndoto teams of chefs have had the pleasure of the wonderful Rose Harvie once again in camp. Redesigning menus with the teams, and raining them all in creating wonderful meals, preparing and plating up eye catching, vibrant dishes – learning how to make their dishes to look as good as they taste – we can't wait to share their new creations with you!
